Personal Care Aide / CNA / GNA
Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Harford, Howard, Montgomery, PG Counties · Full-Time / Part-Time
Job Summary
Provides essential personal care and support services to clients in their homes, enabling independence and elevated quality of life. Assists with ADLs, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and condition reporting. No certification required to apply — we provide training through our COMAR-compliant LMS.
Basic Qualifications & Requirements
- No certification required to apply — CNA/GNA/HHA preferred but not required
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor
- Successfully pass continuous registry screening (OIG, SAM, Nursys, Sex Offender, EMR/NAR)
- MD High School Diploma or GED (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
